Staying healthy is at the top of nearly everyone’s priority list, and our daily choices can determine just how healthy we are.

Not everything is in our control, but the habits and approaches we take to our health can often make a difference between being healthy and unhealthy.

In many countries, regular riding a bike or walking to work keeps matters fitness up to speed.

Two areas we have the most control over are our diet and exercise. These can both have huge effects on overall health, and can be some of the main factors in preventing disease and other complications later in life.

Preventive healthcare measures like proper diet and exercise can also help your budget. Taking long brisk walks in the park or around your home, does greatly benefit in a healthy lifestyle.

Taking part in physical activity, whether it is walking, running or team sports, helps keep your mind and body healthy.

Whether one is a competitive athlete, play a recreational sport, or practice yoga, there is no doubt that physical activity has many health benefits

In general, people should be aiming for at least two-and-a-half hours of medium-intensity exercise per week or a slightly lower amount of high-intensity exercise. Mixing aerobics in with things like weight training or sports is a great way to vary your workouts.

Regular physical activity is one of the most important things people can do for their health. Being physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities.

People who sit less and do any amount of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity gain some health benefits. Only a few lifestyle choices have as large an impact on your health as physical activity.

Benefits of good diet and exercise

The largest benefit of a great diet and regular exercise is the way it helps your body stave off diseases and other conditions. Your body’s immune system is a complex machine, and diet and exercise can heavily affect it.

Too many of the wrong foods can put you at risk but the right foods complemented by appropriate exercise can actually boost your body’s ability to fight disease.

Eating a healthy balanced diet accompanied by regular exercise is essential in maintaining physical and mental health and well-being.

Not only are these effective in preventing excess weight gain or in maintaining weight loss but healthier lifestyles are also associated with improved sleep and mood. Physical activity particularly improves brain-related function and outcomes.

Positive thinking and working on reduced stress levels results in a happyhealthy living.

The importance of a balanced diet can’t be emphasized enough for a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle can be attained by maintaining a balanced diet and keeping into consideration to meet all the essential nutrients required by the body. A proper meal plan helps to attain ideal body weight and reduce the risk of chronic diseases.

There is no questioning the importance of healthy food in life. Unless one maintains a proper diet for a healthy body, you may be prone to diseases, infection, or even exhaustion.

The importance of nutritious food for children especially needs to be highlighted since otherwise they may end up being prone to several growth and developmental problems.

Studies show that rating a healthy diet and exercising often can help control or delay health issues associated with aging, like high blood pressure and diabetes.

Both exercise and healthy food are pillars for a healthy and successful life. Exercise helps in preventing excess weight gain or maintaining weight loss.

When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. Exercise keeps your blood flowing smoothly, which decreases your risk of cardiovascular diseases.

Our environment does not sufficiently enable the public to make healthier choices easily. Unhealthy diets and physical inactivity remain among the leading causes of the major NCD’s and contribute substantially to the global burden of disease.

In a nutshell, longevity may seem beyond people control, but many healthy habits may lead to a ripe, old age. These include drinking coffee or tea, healthy foods,

low sugar diet, exercising and getting enough sleep. Taken together, these habits can boost health and put people on the path to a stronger health condition .

I have been training all my life, in sporty events or in the gym and like many men and women leaders, over the years, it is important to maintain consistent good  diet, healthy living and gym work which will give a stronger and happier and longer life.
