Ntinyari, a mother of two girls was charged with the murder of her husband in an incident which occurred on November 8, 2023 at Kipkaren estate in Kapseret, Uasin Gishu County.
She is said to have stabbed her slain husband on the chest once leading to his death on the spot at her sister's house where she had sought refuge following frequent domestic feud with the deceased.
The court heard that prior to the tragic incident, the couple had spent the better part of previous night quarreling before the convict left for her elder sister's house within the estate.
The following day, the deceased who was said to be drunk pursued his wife to where her sister stayed and found the door locked from inside.
