We’re here to undo the work King Charles did during his visit - South Africa’s Malema on his Kenya visit
Speaking upon his arrival in Kenya on Thursday morning, Malema maintained that the King's visit was insignificant to Kenya's and Africa's development since he did not address the atrocities meted out to Kenyans during British colonial rule.
"The British know what they did to the Kenyan people and they have no business putting their foot here except that they should pay reparations to Kenyans because that is the only genuine we will accept from the British," he said.
"...unless they are able to commit the trillions of pounds to try and heal the deep wound they have left in Kenya, we are here to correct that mess. If he left a message of colonialism and imperialism we are here to undo the work that he did during his visit."
Malema will be the chief guest at the launch of the Pan African Institute (PAI) set to be held at Lukenya University in Makueni County today, Thursday, November 9.
The event will be hosted by PAI Chairman Professor PLO Lumumba.
