Speaking during a church service in Migori County, Oginga noted that the partnership will help realise effective service delivery to all Kenyans, and it should not be criticized.
He told those staging a defense against the new faction to pave way for development, and allow the Nyanza region to enjoy the fruits of the agreement.
"If you want to fight there is a space where you can do that, for us, our people are waiting for these services. It's our time to work and our people are waiting for it and not to eat anybody's shares," he said.
"We will eat our shares rightfully given to us because we are taxpayers like any other Kenyan."
His sentiments were echoed by Energy Cabinet Secretary (CS) Opiyo Wandayi, noting that those who have joined the government bear no regrets and will continue showing support for Ruto's leadership.
"We have been in political partnerships before, but if there is any partnership that is well guided is the one that we have with you (Ruto)," he noted.
"We are not looking back we are in this for the long haul. For those naysayers who are in our midst who think that we can go backwards are daydreaming."
Those who joined the support bandwagon include Treasury CS John Mbadi, Interior Principal Secretary (PS), Raymond Omollo, Alego Usonga MP Samuel Atandi among other in attendance.
This comes as President Ruto embarks on his Nyanza region tour.
