UDA delegates condemn plan to repeat grassroot elections in Embakasi East

Delegates from Embakasi East, led by UDA chairman Amutavy Benson, have condemned plans to repeat the constituency’s grassroots elections, which they insist have already been concluded.
They allege that some individuals led by Embakasi East Politician Francis Mureithi are attempting to corrupt party officials to force a rerun, a move they oppose given the court process has already favored the current officials.
The delegates emphasize that their focus is now on the upcoming Nairobi County UDA elections between Johnson Sakaja and James Gakuya.
They also urge President Ruto to monitor those misbehaving in the election process and tarnishing his name within the party.
