Two suspects arrested over murder of IEBC manager detained for 21 days
Two suspects linked to the murder of Kilifi County IEBC Elections Manager, Aisha Abubakar, will remain in custody at Bamburi Police Station for 21 days to allow police to conclude investigations.
Appearing before Shanzu Senior Principal Magistrate Leah Juma, the suspects, Joshua Sunday and Brian Oyare, were directed to undergo medical examinations while in custody.

The magistrate further ordered that a medical report be submitted to the court.
The Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) has also been instructed to investigate allegations of police assault on the suspects while in custody.
