There is a special abduction squad targeting gov’t critics: Karua

NARC Kenya leader Martha Karua now claims that there is a special abduction squad that is operating with the blessing of the government to suppress freedom of expression and human rights.

Karua says the squad operates under instructions to silence individuals who often criticize President William Ruto's Kenya Kwanza administration.

The NARC Kenya leader warns that the establishment of such groups is uncalled for saying elected leaders must respect the constitution.

“We have reliable information that there is an abduction squad that has been put in place...it comprises members of the police service and is housed in Karen, next to the deputy president's residence,” Karua said on Sunday.
