TECNO, a globally renowned smartphone brand, has unveiled a landmark branding project at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) roundabout.

The installation, prominently featuring the welcoming message “KARIBU KENYA NA TECNO”, is a vibrant tribute to Kenya’s rich cultural heritage and a bold statement of TECNO’s commitment to innovation and community engagement.

Strategically located at one of Nairobi’s busiest entry points, the roundabout installation is designed to leave a lasting impression on millions of travelers, serving as a visual gateway that embodies TECNO’s brand ethos, STOP AT NOTHING.

Speaking during the unveiling ceremony, Victor Alfwani, TECNO’s Marketing Manager, remarked,

“This project is more than just a branding exercise. It celebrates Kenya’s dynamism while reflecting TECNO’s commitment to fostering meaningful connections and enhancing every traveler’s experience. Our aim is to create a memorable first impression for all who enter through this gateway.”

The initiative aligns with the recent modernization efforts at JKIA, led by the Kenya Airports Authority (KAA), which have transformed the airport into a more functional and aesthetically pleasing hub.

The sleek and innovative design of TECNO’s installation echoes the brand’s cutting-edge smartphone designs, while also promoting Kenya as a premier global tourism destination.
