Stefano Ricci: Kenyans notice a similarity between Morara Kebaso and Ruto's love for expensive Italian wear

Over the last several weeks or so, Kebaso has stepped out wearing the same Stefano Ricci shirts also popularized by President Ruto, leaving many fashion afficionados with questions on the unlikely similarity - and with others even diving further into the possible costs of the same.
For both of their coastal forays, the twosome have been spotted rocking the fancy designer shirts, with Kebaso looking resplendent in his orange patterned shirt and the President in a dashing splash of either blue or maroon.
Reached for comment, Kebaso avoided the comparison of his fashion tastes with those of the President, only saying 'no comment' after being pressed about the actual cost of and inspiration behind the shirt.
A quick Google search reveals that the type of shirt both gentlemen have been spotted wearing can cost an upwards of $1500 (Ksh. 194,000).
Highly popular, the shirt is the favourite accessory for top Hollywood stars and power-brokers across the world including Robert Downey Jr., Leonardo Dicaprio, Tom Hanks and George Clooney.
Kebaso's new sense of style, many have intimated, appears to have probably been inspired by Ruto's own love for the finer things in life. Back in 2023, the President dazzled Kenyans with his Ksh.428,000 Stefano Ricci belt, his apparent opulence becoming a talking point nationally.
While Morara has not explicitly confirmed that he may have borrowed a thing or two from the head of State, it is not lost on many Kenyans that the political activist is a moneyed individual who runs a highly-successful chain of furniture businesses.
His penchant for the costly shirts may also adversely impact his image of that of a young Kenyan trying to identify himself with the common mwananchi and seeking to inherit the highest office in the land.
