Saudi Exports concludes its participation in Build Africa 2024 Exhibition

The Saudi Export Development Authority (Saudi Exports) has successfully concluded its participation in the Build-Africa 2024 exhibition, held in Kenya from June 5-7.

The ‘Made in Saudi’ pavilion featured over 19 leading national companies from the construction sector, showcasing their competitive products at one of Africa's premier specialized exhibitions.

It garnered significant acclaim, marked by extensive media coverage, and distinguished attendance, reflecting the positive perception of Saudi exports among African consumers.

The event also facilitated the signing of several export agreements between national companies and their African and international counterparts.

The accompanying promotional campaign received widespread recognition across African nations, highlighting the deep strategic relationship between Saudi Arabia and Africa, underscored by strong commercial, economic, and historical ties.

This participation reaffirms the African continent's importance as a crucial export destination.

Saudi non-oil exports to Africa exceeded 132 billion SAR during the period from 2019 to 2023. Saudi Exports' involvement in this exhibition underscores its commitment to bolstering local industries and opening new export channels for Saudi companies in African and international markets.

This aligns with the objectives of Vision 2030, aiming to diversify income sources and expand non-oil exports as a vital component of sustainable economic development.
