Safaricom Sambaza Furaha completes Rift Valley tour with goodies to fans
The Safaricom Sambaza Furaha caravan, in partnership with Royal Media Services, concluded the Rift Valley leg in Nakuru County after a six-day tour.
Kenyans received various
Christmas gifts as the caravan prepares to head to Central Kenya next week.
“Tumepatiana mbuzi na kuku wengi sana na tumepatiana
shopping ya Christmas,” Chamgei FM Brand Manager Judy Kiplagat said.
Vincent Ateya, Manager at Radio Programs in RMS added, “Tunashukuru
zaidi kwa udhamini wa Safaricom katika haya maadhimisho ya miaka 24 nasi
vilevile tumesema umekuwa msafara wa kufana.”
The tour also aimed to educate Kenyans on the importance of
protecting their personal data to avoid fraud during the Christmas season.
"We are celebrating 24 years of Safaricom and RMS so our
partnership has been there for a long time and we are going throughout the
country spreading joy,” Royal Media Director of ICT and Radio Fred Afune
said.
The Central leg will cover areas including Kenol, Kangema, Othaya, Karatina, Nyeri, Embu, and Mwea.
