Safaricom and RMS spread festive cheer in Nyanza through Sambaza Furaha Campaign
Residents turned up in droves at caravan stopovers, leaving with hearts full of joy and hands filled with exciting prizes as Safaricom celebrates 24 years of service to Kenyans.
The third day of the campaign's third week saw the caravan lighting up Siaya County with generous gift prizes, laughter, and unforgettable moments.
Residents who joined the early Christmas festivities were treated to a variety of gifts, wih Safaricom ensuring no one left empty-handed.
Known for a love of music, the Dholuo community enjoyed electrifying performances by celebrated artists such as Musa Jakadala.
The entertainment didn’t stop there—popular comedians from the region had the crowd in stitches at every stop, adding flavour to the festivities.
Royal Media Services presenters, led by ICT and Radio Director Fred Afune, were at the forefront of the celebration, engaging with fans and amplifying the festive spirit.
"This is a very fulfilling moment that we have been accepted that our personalities are very big on the ground... They have connected with the people and the people love and trust them," said Afune.
Staying true to its commitment to better services, Safaricom expressed its gratitude to loyal customers who have been a part of its 24-year journey.
The Wednesday leg of the caravan concluded in Bondo. On Thursday it will traverse Ahero, Sondu, Oyugis, and other areas.
