Speaking during a church service in Jericho, Nairobi, Ruto maintained that he is willing to onboard like-minded persons to his administration to realise his development agenda.
He discouraged leaders from spreading ethnic hate and political enmity, maintaining that the dire need to transform the nation will be achieved despite censures from naysayers.
"The government is enough to accommodate all of us. It's not a must for one to loose for one to gain. We can all be winners," he said.
"It is my hope that all of us, leaders from all fields can join hands and work together for the greater family of Kenya so that we can pass on the baton to the next generation of the Kenyan family as a united nation."
President Ruto added that he will continue his mission to streamline access to basic and quality education.
He noted that his administration has constructed about 17,000 classrooms in the last year and a half with a plan to construct more.
"The greatest legacy we can leave for our country is to make sure that every child in Kenya has education," Ruto noted.
The Head of State added that his administration will continue providing housing for underprivileged Kenyans, promising 40,000 housing units in Eastlands.
He also noted that his administration targets to build 500,000 units across the country.
