Raila threatens legal action in Kwale mosque land row

Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga has threatened to take legal action to contest the grabbing of 16 16-acre piece of land belonging to the Congo Mosque in Kwale County.

Raila, who inspected the property, called for the prosecution of land grabbers, whom he accuses of attempting to claim ownership of the prime parcel from the Kwale Islamic Centre Community.
