President Ruto attends church service in Chuka as Raila takes people’s baraza to Mombasa

In attendance are elected leaders from Tharaka Nithi County, Meru county Governor Kawira Mwangaza and MPs Vincent Kawaya Mpwala (Mwala), Zaheer Zhanda (Nyaribari Chache), Kimani Ichungwa (Kikuyu) among others. 

On the other hand, Azimio leader Raila Odinga is set to hold his series of people’s barazas in Mombasa County. 

The baraza that will be attended by a number of leaders in the Azimio coalition will be held at Caltex Grounds in Likoni at 2.00PM. 

Mombasa’s baraza follows one held in Narok County on Saturday, where Raila said residents have pledged to “join the rest of Kenya in Nairobi for our nation's #DateWithDestiny20thMarch, expressing their solidarity in the quest for justice.”
