Premier Bank Kenya celebrates opening of 22nd branch with Iftar dinner in Mombasa

The event, graced by Mohammed Faki Mwinyihaji, Senator of Mombasa County, witnessed expressions of congratulations and support from local dignitaries. 

Mr Faki lauded Premier Bank's decision to establish its 22nd branch in Mombasa, expressing confidence in the bank's pivotal role in fostering economic prosperity within the county.

 He also highlighted collaborative initiatives between national and county governments aimed at enhancing transportation infrastructure to spur further economic growth.

Mr. Osman Duale, CEO of Premier Bank Kenya, spoke about the significance of the new branch, emphasizing its role in expanding the bank's presence within the Coastal region. 

He underscored Mombasa's pivotal position as a thriving business nucleus, attributing its economic dynamism to robust trade and tourism sectors. 

Mr. Duale reaffirmed the bank's unwavering commitment to empowering local businesses and communities through tailor-made financial solutions.

Yahya Dahir, Head of Business at Premier Bank, outlined the bank's concerted efforts to bolster trade through Shari’ah compliant forex exchange services. 

He underscored the bank's dedication to facilitating seamless access to hard currency for business transactions, thereby mitigating currency risks for clients.

Mr. Dahir reintroduced Premier Bank’s Labbeyk account, a bespoke Shari’ah compliant savings solution tailored to assist customers in fulfilling their Hajj pilgrimage aspirations.

He announced an upcoming 52-week savings challenge, aimed at incentivizing customers to embark on their pilgrimage journey while cultivating financial discipline. 

Premier Bank is also actively pursuing a partnership with a leading Hajj and Umrah travel agency to streamline travel arrangements for customers.

Situated on the 1st floor of Basic Mall Nyali, the new branch boasts state-of-the-art facilities designed to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
