Nairobi court summons Devolution PS Julius Korir in woman assault case

A Nairobi court has summoned Devolution Principal Secretary Julius Kiplagat Korir.
This is after he failed to appear in court to answer to assault charges prompting the prosecution to apply for summons for him to appear in court.
According to the charge sheet, the Devolution PS is alleged to have assaulted and injured Evelyne Koech on September 17, 2020 at Ndalat Road in Karen.
He is expected to appear in court on February 10 to take the plea.
