Mathare MP Oluoch, Makongeni MCA Imwatwok released on Ksh.100k bail

Mathare Member of Parliament (MP) Anthony Oluoch and Makongeni Member of County Assembly (MCA) Peter Imwatwok have been released on a Ksh.100,000 cash bail each.
The legislators pleaded not guilty to mobilising members of the public to commit subversive activities.
The two were among four people arrested on July 20, and were later grilled at the DCI headquarters on July 21.
They were accused of mobilising youths to cause the chaos witnessed in parts Nairobi.
