A man was on Tuesday charged with the murder of his
brother, a footballer who was attached to the Kakamega Homeboyz club at the time
of his death.
Denmark Muchiti Abung’ana was arraigned before the Kakamega
High Court, where he was accused of killing Silas Shihemi Abung’ana at around

2026, when it will rule on whether he will be released on bail pending trial.
The prosecution is led by Assistant Director of Public
