The family of a murder victim in Kikuyu, Kiambu County, is demanding justice and answers from authorities.

Relatives of Stacy Njoki, whose body was discovered decomposing inside her house in Sigona area, are calling for speedy investigations into her death.

Speaking during the funeral of the deceased in Dagoretti on Saturday, the family said the boyfriend who was living with the deceased went missing after the incident.

The autopsy report indicates that Stacy died from blunt object injuries and had severe stab wounds in different parts of her body.

Family members say the incident was reported at Kikuyu Police Station but accuses the law enforcers of being lethargic in their response to the matter and especially arrest of the suspect.

The family wants the police to speed up investigations and provide answers on the murder.

Yuko wapi?” Posed Wahu Kaniaru, a relative, said.
