Kakamega: Investigations as headless body found dumped in maize farm

The eerie discovery has left the local community in shock and despair, demanding answers and prompt action from local police. 

The victim's brother, devastated by the loss, stated that he had last seen his sister on Sunday, October 6th.

Overcome with disbelief, he pointed out that the clothes found on the body were not her own.

Struggling to make sense of the heinous crime, he sobbed, "What could she have done to deserve such brutality?"

The gruesome murder has sparked widespread outrage in the village, with residents demanding immediate reforms to the local police force.

Many community members expressed their dissatisfaction, accusing the authorities of failing to protect them. “Every officer in this station should be replaced. 

They aren’t ensuring our safety,” one angry resident declared.

Fears of rising insecurity have made some parents reluctant to send their children to school in the early morning.
