First Lady Rachel Ruto hosts Zimbabwe, Ghana prophets at State House
First Lady Rachel
Ruto on Wednesday hosted
Prophet Dr Ian Ndlovu of
the Divine Kingdom Baptist Church based in Zimbabwe at State House, Nairobi.
In a statement posted on her social media, Madam Rachel said the
renowned Prophet had visited her together with his wife Angel Ndlovu.
“It was a pleasure hosting Dr Ian Ndlovu and his wife Evangelist Angel
Ndlovu who paid me a courtesy call at State House, Nairobi,” Rachael Ruto wrote
on Twitter.
Ndlovu is well known for his controversial prophecies among them
predicting Ruto’s victory in the August elections.
In 2020, he said: “God
says do not betray your Joshua. After he has helped you to secure your seat of
power for all these years. God says it is this Joshua that has the grace from
HIM to continue from where you are going to leave. To continue what you started
together several years ago.”
Another post by the
prophet claimed that it was ‘God’s will to use a son of Kenya whose first name
is Bill and the other name has initial R’, which was interpreted to mean that
it was Ruto.
Another prospect by Dr.
Ndlovu in Kenya was the falling
out of former President Kenyatta and his deputy which he labelled; “Betrayal at
the highest mountain in Kenya”.
Still on Wednesday, First Lady Rachel Ruto received visit from Ghana’s
Prophet Victor Kusi Boateng at State House Nairobi.
“Met prophet Victor Kusi Boateng from Power Chapel Worldwide Ghana, who
paid me a courtesy call at State House, Nairobi,” she stated.
The two meetings by the first lady on her first day at State House were preceded by a meeting with Zabron Singers and Ghanaian Vice President Ghananian Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia earlier on Wednesday.
