Machakos: Family of lady stabbed in supermarket seeks justice

The mother of the late Eunice Syokau has said that her daughter broke up with her boyfriend after giving birth to a child together, and it is believed that the suspect wanted to take the child away.

The family has asked the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) in Mwala to intensify investigations into the matter. 

Leaders from the region have asked the National Assembly to review the laws related to violence and domestic disputes to ensure that everyone is well protected.

Speaking in Vyulya area while consoling the family, Machakos deputy governor Francis Mwangangi said many deaths resulting from domestic disputes that have been left unresolved. 

He wants the government to ensure that the family gets justice.
