Anno Developers to launch its latest project Tsavorite Gardens

Real estate firm Anno Developers is set to launch its latest project, Tsavorite Gardens, on Saturday (October 28).

The launch will take place from 11 am to 1pm, with the company promising offers for the first 50 buyers.

Tsavorite Gardens, located along Wood Garden Road off Wood Avenue in Kilimani, Nairobi offers a range of housing options including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, catering to the diverse needs and preferences of potential homeowners.

The ambitious project is projected to be completed within two years, with keys expected to be handed over in October 2025.

“At Anno Developers our business is not just about selling good houses but it is about people. We pride in changing people's lives through the homes we help them acquire,” the company’s portfolio reads in part.

Anno Developer’s complete projects include Marcus Garden, a project of 164 housing units comprising of 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. It was started in 2018 and keys were handed over in 2020.

Also complete is Dennis Garden which comprises 343 housing units of 1,2 and 3-bedroom apartments.

Ongoing projects include Smart Homes and Padmore Residences.

The company is yet to launch its Emerald residences, a project of 128 housing units that comprise 1 and 2-bedroom apartments along Menelik Road.
