AMCCO Properties Limited launches diaspora program on 4th anniversary

Since its establishment in July 2020, AMCCO has focused on the land market in areas like Kikuyu and Ngong, catering to individual investors, future homeowners, group investors (chamas and saccos), and agribusiness investors.

A key feature of their service is virtual site visits for diaspora clients, designed to reduce fraud and ensure transparency.

Mr. Simon Nyaga, Chairman of the Diaspora Committee at KNCCI, highlighted the Chamber’s efforts to enhance market access through its diaspora network and announced upcoming roadshows targeting this market.

Managing Director Mr. James Muturi expressed excitement about entering the diaspora market and shared plans for partnerships with financial institutions to offer financing options for land buyers.
