Tanzanian star Jay Melody to thrill Kirinyaga fans at star-studded festival
Jay Melody, who is currently the most sought-after Bongo singer, is set to thrill his Kenyan fans once again months after he brought the roof down in Meru earlier this year.
The singer, whose songs 'Sawa', 'Nakupenda' and 'Nitasema' are some of the biggest songs in East Africa and with hundreds of millions of views across all digital platforms, is set to share the stage with some of Kenya's finest DJs, MCs and comedians.
Top comedian Eric Omondi is set to grace the Jamii Executive Gardens First Anniversary as the main MC as singers Waithaka Wa Jane and Tonny Young rock the night away.
Seasoned DJs Creme de la Creme, DJ Dibul and reggae sensation Baba Dede will also be on hand to keep thousands of revelers on their feet all night long.
MC Gogo, who is one of the most sought-after Kenyan MCs, has also been tapped to light up the crowd and work his magical vocal charm with the gathered masses.
"I'm excited to visit Mwea for the first time and meet my Kirinyaga fans. It's also an honor to share the stage with some of the biggest names in Kenya and East Africa and I hope to rock the crowd in a way they haven't been rocked before," MC Gogo said.
Located in Mwea, Jamii Executive Gardens is one of the most popular entertainment spots in Kirinyaga County having hosted national entertainment events including the last Central Kenya edition of the 'Tusker Octoba Fest'.
