Nyashinski uncertain about performing at Adekunle Gold concert over throat infection

Kenyan rapper Nyamari Ongegu, popularly known as Nyashinski, says his performance at the much-hyped ‘Destination Africa Festival’ where Nigerian act Adekunle Gold is the guest artist is now in doubt.

According to the ‘Hapo tu’ hitmaker, the infection came as a result of intense rehearsals ahead of the event.

“This one needs FAITH! I have had quite an exciting week with intense rehearsal sessions in preparation for Destination Africa Festivals,” wrote Nyashinski on his Instagram stories.

“Unfortunately, yesterday I developed an infection that has suddenly infected my throat and is threatening my performance.”

The rapper, while appealing for prayers from his fans, added that he is looking forward to the other performances at the festival.

Kenyan acts that are set to grace the stage alongside Adekunle Gold include Xenia Manasseh, Otile Brown, Fena Gitu.
