'Nikushiba!' Wahu shoots down pregnancy rumours after Instagram photo confuses fans

Wahu, who can be seen in an all-black ensemble and her signature haircut, appears to be jolly and beaming for the cameras in a video shared by her husband Nameless and also in a photo shared by King Kaka, whose event ‘The Coliseum, Opulence in the City’, the couple had attended.

Immediately after the photos hit Instagram, keen fans quickly noticed that Wahu's belly appeared to be a little bigger, especially in the photo where she is seen cradling next to Nameless.

Eager fans, even without confirming the news, started typing 'congratulations', with many more sending her good wishes on her supposed new pregnancy.

"At last, a baby boy for the Mathenges!" an Instagram user posted. 

However, Wahu quickly moved to shoot down the rumours, saying that was a food baby from eating and was not with child.

"Guys guys guys….can't a girl enjoy her food in peace without being congratulated yawa?” she asked.

Rapper King Kaka, whose event the couple had attended, also chimed in, defending the 'Sweet Love' hitmaker. 

"People are too sensitive nikama hawakulangi!" he posed.

Nameless and Wahu welcomed their lastborn daughter Shiru in October last year. Their other two daughters Tumiso and Nyakio were born in 2006 and 2013 respectively.

At the time, Wahu spoke of her shock at being a mother of three, adding that whilst she had made peace with being a mother of just two, she always desired to be a mother of three.

"If anyone told me in January that I'd be ending 2022 as a mother of 3, I would've said that's a cruel joke. They'd told me it was impossible to get pregnant again without medical assistance. I was trying to make peace with being a mother of 2... though 3 had always been my heart's desire," she wrote.

Still on children, in June this year, Nameless was forced to deny rumours that he had undergone a vasectomy after an interview with local YouTubers took a life of its own.

"Alaaar.. guys, hamujui jokes buana ... Nameless is NOT seedless buana... To be clear, I just said I am thinking of going for Vasectomy, sijaEnda buana,.. wueh mpaka napigiwa na mum kuniuliza kwanini na zuia further blessings,” he wrote.
