Dentsu Kenya partners with Sol Generation as it launches 'School of Influence'

In a game-changing move, Dentsu has partnered with East Africa’s premier music publishing powerhouse, Sol Generation Publishing, and esteemed global collaborator Sol Group to exclusively provide young influencers and creators within the program with unprecedented access to over 1000 compositions to be used by the graduates of the Dentsu School of Influence.
The strategic partnership will empower aspiring content creators by eliminating the complex hurdles typically associated with music licensing, opening an exciting, barrier-free, collaborative and creative playground for Kenya’s digital storytellers, creators, and artists.
“At Dentsu, our mission is to inspire innovation and creativity,” said Joel Rao, Co-CEO of Dentsu Kenya.
“Through the Dentsu School of Influence, we’re not just shaping creators; we’re cultivating pioneers who will set trends and redefine digital culture. Our partnership with Sol Generation Publishing, founded by Sauti Sol, exemplifies this commitment, ensuring creators have the tools to produce impactful, culturally resonant content without limitations.”
Moriasi Omambia, Head of Business of the Sol Group, added, “Music is the heartbeat of any content. We are thrilled to support young creators by providing innovative access to our extensive library, enabling them to amplify their stories authentically and powerfully. This collaboration with Dentsu Kenya and Sol Generation Publishing is a step towards elevating Kenya’s creative economy to innovative digital synchronisations.”
