Samsung expands footprint with new experience store in Eldoret

Samsung Electronics East Africa, in collaboration with Rudra Mobile, has announced the launch of a new Samsung Experience Store (SES) at Rupa Mall in Eldoret, Uasin Gishu County.

The new SES is designed to give customers an immersive experience, allowing them to interact with Samsung’s products, including smartphones, wearables, tablets and mobile accessories as part of Samsung’s larger strategy to offer consumers hands-on access to its latest innovations.

“With this launch, we are reaffirming our dedication to bringing world-class technology closer to our customers across East Africa,” said Anthony Hutia, Head of Mobile Experience, Samsung Electronics East Africa.

“The SES at Rupa Mall offers an unparalleled opportunity for consumers to explore our latest innovations, including the just-launched Galaxy S25 series, in an interactive and engaging environment.”

This store opening follows the recent unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series.  Consumers around Eldoret will now have direct access to Samsung’s latest technology, expert guidance and customer support from trained specialists.

To celebrate the launch, the store offered promotions for customers who pre-order the new Galaxy S25 Ultra. Samsung said every pre-order of the S25 Ultra will come with a free charger.

Additionally, customers can take advantage of Samsung’s ongoing pre-order offers, which started on January 23 and runs through February 16 and include trade-in options and exclusive discounts.

Customers who pre-order the Galaxy S25 Series will get two times double storage at no extra cost and Ksh.5,000 cashback with loop, the company added.
