Kenyan real estate firm Finsco Africa has expanded its operations to Tanzania, marking a significant step in its regional growth strategy.

The launch event, held in Dar es Salaam, was graced by former Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete, who served as the Guest of Honor.

As part of its expansion, Finsco Africa has appointed renowned gospel artist and entrepreneur Christina Shusho as the Managing Director of Finsco Africa Tanzania. The company seeks to leverage her deep understanding of the local market and influence to drive its vision of making real estate investment more accessible, innovative, and inclusive.

Finsco Africa CEO John Mwaura emphasized the firm’s commitment to transforming Tanzania’s real estate sector through structured investment models and sustainable housing solutions.

“We are thrilled to bring our expertise to Tanzania. Our mission is to provide sustainable real estate solutions that offer great returns while contributing to the country’s economic growth,” said Mwaura.

The firm aims to roll out premium real estate projects in major Tanzanian cities, targeting diverse market segments. The company is also forming strategic partnerships with local developers, financial institutions, and government agencies to streamline property transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.

Finsco Africa Tanzania seeks to simplify property ownership and investment, offering Tanzanians affordable and sustainable housing solutions.

The expansion follows the firm’s success in Kenya and signals its ambition to become a key player in Africa’s real estate sector.
