Man confesses to murder of Baringo boda boda rider: police

Police in Kabarnet,
Baringo County, on Monday found the body of a boda boda rider who had been
missing since Thursday.
This is after a
suspect was nabbed in Eldoret town riding the deceased’s motorbike and reportedly confessed to having killed him.
Police said he led
them to a scene in Kabartonjo where he had concealed the body in a thicket
within a valley.
The deceased, Kevin
Kibichii, is said to have been called on Thursday by a client within
Kabarnet town. The call is believed to have been a set-up trap for him.
Baringo County police
commander Julius Kiragu said they are further investigating the
incident and believe the suspect could be a serial robber and a killer.
