Yatta: Man, father arrested for allegedly stabbing brother to death

The deceased, according to Yatta DCIO ASP Bernard Rono, reportedly arrived at his father's compound at Makutano ma ABC on Monday night threatening to kill a family member.

He is then said to have wrestled with his elder brother and stabbed him on his legs, provoking him who retaliated by slitting his young brother's throat with the same knife which made him succumb.

The body of the deceased is now at Yatta Funeral Home, Kithimani in Yatta Subcounty awaiting autopsy.

The two suspects, on the other hand, are being interrogated by Yatta DCI ahead of their arraignment before Kithimani Law Courts tomorrow.
