Headache to Aussems as Leopards injury list burgeons

Head coach Patrick Aussems has been handed more headache ahead of a clash with struggling Mathare United on Sunday in the Kenyan Premier League match at Kasarani Stadium with the injury list burgeoning.

Dan Sunguti, Jaffari Odent, Lewis Bandi are all side-lined with injuries and will now have to undergo treatment further complicating the arithmetic for the Belgian.

Jaffari Odeny is also set a four-month side-lined with a post anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) reconstructive surgery while Lewis Bandi is out recovering from an ankle injury. He’s set to join the team for full training in a week's time.

Another player who will be missing tomorrow's clash is right back Collins Shivachi who was suspended after receiving a straight red on Thursday against Mathare at Nyayo National Stadium.

Captain Marvin Nabwire will also be out of the match day squad tomorrow thanks to his five yellow cards he has on his name.

Leopards sit in position 14 with 17 points after playing15 matches.
