The countrywide tour which is the first of many editions is aimed at promoting peace through arts while also nurturing young talent.

The festival saw a huge turnout with both the young and old gathering at the grounds from 10 am to 6 pm.

The winners of the Dance Battle K-Stomers, had a cash prize of Ksh. 50,000, while the first runners up and second runners up went to B4C dance group and Igniters dance group respectively.

Top Kenyan Gospel artists graced the event with performances from Rufftone, Moji Short Baba, Size 8, Dj mo, Timeless Noel and headlining the performance was Daddy Owen.

This is a series of events that will see a peace caravan cut across the country preaching peace before, during and after elections.

The message that Daddy Owen wants to communicate is "Vijana tusikubali kuwa silaha ya mwanasiasa " which is a message to young people that says they should participate in politics but only positive politics.

According to Daddy Owen, this is the first of many festivals to come, with the next three editions scheduled for Mombasa, Meru and Busia.
