One game at time, says Kabras coach Nyathi on title hopes

Kabras Sugar head coach Mzinganye Nyathi says his team will take each game at a time as they target to win the Kenya Cup title this season.

Kabras demolished varsity side MMUST 56-00 last weekend and the Zimbabwean tactician is optimistic they will notch another win this weekend against Strathmore Leos in Nairobi.

“What we need to do is to be conscious on how we approach the league and my instructions to the boys is to take one game at a time, ” said Nyathi.

“When you’re travelling away to Nairobi it has some cost so that how we’re going to approach the next tier and the season in general, my target is to win against my opponents, ” he added.

Nyathi who took over as Kabras Sugar head coach from South African tactician Du Plesis believes his systems will work for his new side.

“We’re a team that is trying to come together after being out due to Covid 19 pandemic and I’m sure our system will work out and register positive results,” explained Nyathi.

Kabras are at the top of KRU standings with 4 points while Leos are 10th without a point.
