Mean Machine reach championship semis

Varsity side Mean Machine will battle it out with MMUST in the Championship semi finals after demolishing Egerton Wasps 37-00 in the quarterfinals played on Saturday, Feb 6, 2021 at Nairobi University Grounds.

Machine will visit MMUST next weekend in Kakamega for a chance to be promoted to the Kenya Cup.

The other semifinal will see Northern Suburbs face Strathmore Leos at the Strathmore University.

Suburbs reached the semis after USIU gave them a 24-00 walkover after they unveiled they won’t be available for the match.

Trevor Asina scored two tries with Lawrence Ndung’u, Grevis Onyino Festus Shiasi,Marvin Karungi and Bruce Odhiambo adding the extras.
