We will break your bones, rape you in turns: Woman arrested for threatening embassy boss

A 34-year-old female terror suspect who sent two threatening letters to a High Commission in Nairobi was on Monday arrested in Utawala by detectives from the Anti-Terrorism Police Unit (ATPU) of the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).

Tracy Wairimu Ndegwa sent the two letters on July 31, 2020; one of the letters was sprayed with an industrial chemical and the other with hay fever pesticides.

Excerpt from one of the letters, as shared by the DCI on Twitter, seemingly implied that the woman was threatening the embassy boss to facilitate travel documentation and residence to an unidentified individual failure to which;

“We will assault you and break your bones, we will rape you in turns and put explosives where you think you are safest…”

The suspect was out on bail after she was on June 23, 2020 arraigned and charged with another terrorism hoax that targeted the Commissioner General of the Kenya Prisons Service.

She is presently in police custody and will be arraigned at the Kibera Law Courts after completion of all necessary procedures.
