VIDEO: JSC: We submitted necessary documents on Tunoi to State House

The Judicial Service Commission has asserted that it sent all necessary documents to President Uhuru Kenyatta to set up a tribunal to investigate Supreme Court Judge Philip Tunoi.

JSC’s statement comes just two days after State House spokesman Manoah Esipisu said the file had been sent back to the commission as it did not explain how it arrived at its decision.
