UDF Wrangles

UDF party leader Musalia Mudavadi has suffered a setback, after the political parties disputes tribunal overturned the expulsion of senators Boni Khalwale, Martha Wangari and nominated MP Hassan Osman. The tribunal also ordered the registrar of political parties not to effect changes in the party’s leadership that were endorsed by delegates allied to Mudavadi. The tribunal also barred Mudavadi from convening any party meeting, pending the hearing and determination of a petition filed by suspended chairman Hassan Osman.
