Senator Moi must apologize to DP Ruto

Uasin Gishu Jubilee Party chairman, William Mutai, and jubilee members have defended Deputy President, William Ruto, after Baringo Senator, Gideon Moi, verbally attacked him during the burial of the former nominated Member of Parliament, Mark Too.

The leaders say that Senator Moi disrespected the Deputy President when he attacked him.

They argue that the Senator is not on the same level with Mr Ruto and cannot purport to speak on behalf of the people of Rift Valley.

They now want Senator Moi to apologize to the Kalenjin community and Deputy President William Ruto for disrespecting him and belittling him before the President.

They further said that senator Moi has failed to manage poverty and insecurity in Baringo County and hence he cannot belittle a leader of national and international repute.
