Kabura claims former CS Waiguru masterminded NYS scandal

In her affidavit to the Anti-Corruption Commission, Josephine Kabura detailed how Anne Waiguru allegedly helped her register several companies that the then devolution cabinet secretary subsequently helped secure dubious contracts. And today, Kabura stuck to the script when she appeared before the parliamentary accounts committee.
