Judge To Rule On Pistorious Appeal

Judge Masipa will rule on whether the prosecution's appeal is allowed to go ahead.

Prosecutors called the five year prison term "shockingly light" and said that they would appeal for a tougher sentence.

They also vowed to appeal against Pistorius' acquittal on murder charges.

The paralympian athlete was sentenced in October 2014 for the culpable homicide of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp whom he shot at their home in 2013.
