Fire razes down section of Toi market in Nairobi
Traders in Nairobi at the popular Toi market are counting losses after fire destroyed their stalls.
According to Kibra AP boss Enos Maloba, the fire broke out at around 3am.
“The cause of the inferno is still unknown but investigations are underway,” he said.
Desperate traders were on Tuesday morning trying to salvage what was left of their belongings though most of it was burnt to ash by the time fire fighters arrived.
