Body of varsity student who died taking a selfie retrieved from river

The body of the 23 year old man Elvis Keter from Kabarak University who slipped and fell into Molo River, Nakuru County while taking selfies has been retrieved.

Divers from Bomet County joined in the search mission after divers from Nakuru County spend two days in the waters in search of the body in vain.

Speaking at the scene after divers retrieved the body ,Nakuru county woman representative Liza Chelule called on the county government to train divers on life saving skills saying such incidences including the recent Lake Nakuru helicopter crash are  on the rise in the county.

Keter, slipped into the river when he was taking phone selfies with his friends on the bank of the waterway.
