Like a queen: How comedian Eric Omondi received his Italian fiance at the airport

Kenyan comedian Eric Omondi treated Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) employees to a romantic show of Romeo-and-Juliet proportions when he received his fiancée who was jetting in from Razzmatazz, Spain.

The funnyman’s face glowed when he saw his Italian bae, Shantel Grazioli, walk towards him at the reception lounge.

Perhaps most of us did not know this other side of Eric Omondi – the romantic lad!

He carried with him a bouquet of red rose flowers, danced and cheered his excitement out.

FBI dancers, in a bid to make the Italian’s reception grander and more memorable, performed a dance to welcome the comedian’s ‘queen’.

As the excitement conked out, Eric Omondi planted sweet kisses on his woman’s lips to seal the magnificent reception and the couple thereafter headed home.

Eric Omondi took to his official Instagram page to share photos he took at the JKIA with a constant caption which read: “The queen is here!”

Eric earlier told a local weekly pull-out that his fiancée is working on the plans of permanently relocating to Kenya.

Shantel and Eric Omondi quite often have been seen getting cozy as they grace the high-end ceremonies locking arms.

The two have been engaged for an undisclosed period now, with reports indicating that Eric Omondi is planning to marry Ms Grazioli before end of 2015.

Eric Omondi, who is so proud of his fiancée, describes the light-skinned beauty as ‘intelligent with an equally beautiful personality’.

The two met through Shantel’s mother who introduced her daughter to Eric because she is one of  his greatest fans. The rest since then has been history.

Shantel is half Kenyan-half Italian.
