Firm unlocks UK property investments
UK based property Investments Company Baron & Cabot has
set up a base in Kenya, opening up its portfolio to Kenyan investors.
The firm is expected to provide local investors with a step
by step guide on sourcing properties to purchase in the UK.
The UK allows foreigners to legally acquire properties with
corresponding funding from commercial banks.
“We aim to help Kenyans with the ability to provide
mortgages and buying of property through research for the safety of their
investment in the UK,” said Baron & Cabot founder Mark Pearson.
“As the demand for property investments rises within African
investors, our main goal is to make sure the process of property investment
always remains transparent and simple.”
Baron & Cabot describes itself as an independent
international property investment and research company providing researched
property investments in the United Kingdom.
The company works with what it terms as low risk off-plna or
completed developments.
The company guides investors through the sourcing of
properties, conducting due diligence, future value prediction, solicitors and
mortgages.
“Our introduction in Kenya will greatly impact property
investment and sourcing in the UK, thus creating more options for investors,”
added James Walsh, the Head of Sales at Baron & Cabot Research.
