Kiamaina Secondary School closed down after 4 students tested positive for COVID-19

The decision was arrived at owing to the fact that the school is a day school and students cannot possibly be isolated within the facility.
Nakuru County Health CeC, Dr Gichuki Kariuki said the decision will allow the students receive the necessary medical care from their homes.
The four are in stable condition and the county government has started contact tracing to avert the further spread of the virus.
So far, Kenya has recorded 80,102 positive cases from the 861,102 samples tested in the country since the March.
53,526 people have also recovered so far from the virus which has also killed at least 1,427 people in the country.
